Notification of Acceptance

Admission status letters are postmarked and mailed by May 15 for the fall semester and November 15 for the spring semester to all applicants who submit completed applications by the regular application deadline.

New Student Orientation

All new students must attend Carver’s New Student Orientation. The orientation provides important information related to student activities, academics and the required entrance exam. Students who miss the entrance exam must schedule an interview with the Dean of Students.

Withdrawal Procedure

Students who decide to withdraw from a class, or from Carver as a whole, must discuss their decision with either the Director of Admissions or the Academic Dean before approval to withdraw from study is granted. In addition to meeting with the Director of Admissions or the Academic Dean, students must complete all necessary withdrawal forms and close all financial accounts leaving a zero balance.

If the withdrawal process is not adhered to, the College will not be obliged to service student requests for grades or transcripts. (Also see the Tuition Refund Policy)
