Our Campus
Located three blocks from downtown Atlanta, Carver Bible College is in close proximity to the city’s rich abundance of historical sites and arts and entertainment venues. Some of the city’s most popular attractions include: The Martin Luther King Center for Non-Violent Change. The Apex Museum, The High Museum of Art, The Carter Presidential Center; The Fernbank Science Museum; and Turner Field, the former Olympic stadium and current home of the Atlanta Braves.

In some of the neighborhoods surrounding the college campus, Carver students will find a myriad of opportunities to minister to those most in need of support and succor. Students may serve in after-school programs youth ministries, Gospel missions, or shelters for the homeless.
 
 

Campus Visits
All prospective students are invited to spend a day on the Carver campus. Campus tours and information sessions are held each year on the second and fourth Tuesday and Thursday in March, April and May. During the one-day visit to Carver, prospective students are welcome to participate in all of the activities of campus life, including attending classes and chapel services, receiving academic counseling, and partaking of a complementary meal at the college’s cafe.

  
Facilities

The Chapel:   The chapel serves as the college's main sanctuary hosting the annual commencement services, weekly chapel services, major conferences and other special events.  The Chapel seats 400.R

The Carver Library:  The library provides an impressive main collection of biblical texts and books designed to increase students’ knowledge and assist in their attainment of academic excellence. The library is also furnished with a wide assortment of Christian periodicals, journals, and books of Christian fiction. A small media center located adjacent to the library’s main collection features a compilation of Christian-oriented sound recordings, videos, games, CD-ROMs and computer programs.  The College's computer lab is also located in the library.
Carver Cafe:
Martin Carter Gymnasium:  The Carver Gymnasium serves as the training facility for the College’s basketball team. Students may also use the facility for indoor exercise and recreational purposes.  The Gymnasium serves as host to all Carver Cougar home games.

Carver Bible College Bookstore:  The Carver bookstore provides students and staff with the latest learning tools and instructional resources needed to achieve a high-quality Christian education. Stocked with textbooks, Bibles, school supplies, and a variety of other pertinent items, the store serves the needs of the Carver campus, as well as local-area churches, Christian organizations and people of the community.

John McNeal Administrative Center:  The John McNeal Administrative Center houses the college's student services as well as its admissions services, including financial aide and the office of the registrar.  The business offices are also located in the JMAC.

Academic Center:  The Academic Center houses many of the classrooms for instruction as well as a science lab.  The quad at the west end of the Academic Center also houses the offices for faculty and adjunct faculty.

Ben Johnson Fine Arts Center:  The Ben Johnson Fine Arts Center serves as host to annual conferences, such as the Herman Conley Missions Conference during the fall semester and the W. D. Hungerpiller Bible Conference during the spring semester.  This center seats 150 providing adequate learning capacity for larger classes as well as dining services for on campus student and donor related events.

Baseball/Soccer Fields:  The baseball field and soccer field provide ample opportnity for intramural recreation as well as outdoor practice opportunities for community leagues.
